Dr. DiSanto is a board-certified Family Physician with over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He practices both conventional and alternative medicine with a focus on systems biology and lifestyle medicine. With a broad educational background, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. After completing his internship at Phoenix General Hospital in 1987, he went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in family medicine, clinical nutrition, and anti-aging medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is highly trained in Chelation Therapy, Functional Medicine, and Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Di Santo also served as a member of the Task Force for Emergency Preparedness for the 1996 Olympic Games (FEMA). Dr. Vinson Di Santo continues to practice both conventional and alternative medicine with a focus on Systems Biology and Lifestyle Medicine. He has a keen interest in beauty, wellness, nutrition, and anti-aging medicine and complementary integrative disciplines.
Anu Verma, MSN, FNP-C, is an advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner with 18+ years of experience. She is passionate about the work and believes that looking and feeling our best reflects success and confidence in all aspects of our lives. She makes sure that she fully understands her patient’s aesthetic goals and loves working as a team to achieve amazing results.
She is very experienced and has gained respect from other cosmetic practitioners and doctors in the aesthetics industry. Her practice has grown over by performing advanced injection techniques and non-surgical treatments using the latest technologies for skin rejuvenation. Her wide field of expertise encompasses advanced Botox techniques and advanced use of dermal fillers and volumizers.
Anu is an MSN, FNP, and a trusted trainer for laser companies, including Cutera and Allergan. Her dedication to advancing in the field of aesthetics is evident as she continues to train physicians on cosmetic procedures. Ashley Esguerra, RN is a Medspa Manager and Lead Operations with over 16 years of experience. She enjoys building strong communication with our patients. She oversees day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic and excels in working under pressure. She is responsible for customer service, inventory management, and compliance with regulations. She ensures that all patient inquiries are handled daily and gives them a positive experience overall. She handles marketing strategies to attract clients and maintain a high standard of service. Her role includes market research, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing campaigns. Ashley loves to travel because it’s her source of joy and inspiration. She also likes spending quality time with her family and loved ones during her free time. She constantly updates her knowledge about the latest marketing trends and strategies, believing that personal growth is a continuous process.
Racheal Velazquez is a San Diego native now living in the Tri-Valley area. She has an extensive background in aesthetics, L&D, and NICU. Her focus is to help each client look and feel their best. Racheal blends her medical expertise with an artistic touch, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and stunning results. On her free time you will find her hiking, painting, and salsa dancing.

Vanesa Pineda, RN is our nurse with experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing and graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Francisco State University. From her experience working in long-term care and outpatient settings, she focuses delivery of care to patient well-being and overall satisfaction. She specializes in radiofrequency skin tightening, laser skin resurfacing, vascular lasers, chemical peels, neurotoxins and fillers, hair restoration, and vaginal rejuvenation.
She is passionate about enhancing people’s lives and making them feel confident and beautiful. Everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and Vanesa strives to help people do just that. She centers her work around achieving natural-looking results that enhance individual features. She likes being active through weight training and yoga.

Lindsay graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and also works full time as a medical/surgical and intermediate ICU nurse. She has been with MedSpa California since 2023, where her goal is to provide compassionate care and personalized treatment plans to ensure every patient feels their absolute best. Her attention to detail and gentle touch are guaranteed to leave all patients satisfied with their results.

Sahar Nasrat plays an important role in creating a wonderful experience in client interaction. Aesthetics and Wellness are a passion of hers. Sahar can keep the environment positive, and at ease making sure the office runs smoothly due to her systematic approach. She is also a certified medical assistant and is on her way to pursue her BSN degree. Sahar loves to travel, create content for fun, shop, try new things, and spend time with good friends. Sahar is always looking for new ways to grow personally, and professionally. She exceeds what she puts her mind into!
Raveena is our Operations Manager who is self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great environment and experience for our MedSpa patients. She leads the team in all structural and background operations. Raveena has a master’s degree in biomedical sciences and is currently studying to obtain an MD degree. As a member of our team, Raveena establishes patient loyalty through proactive communication, recognition, and involvement in key decisions. She strives to create a satisfactory experience for all patients and leads the development of MedSpa as it expands to larger platforms.
Yashu Vonteddu is our Patient Care Planner, who strives to provide every patient with a positive experience at MedSpa California. Yashu is currently a junior at Santa Clara University and is majoring in biology. She is working towards obtaining an MD to pursue a career in medicine. Yashu is detail-oriented, passionate, and has a positive attitude. She seeks to do everything possible to provide patients with anything they need.
